IOS works with your Facilities Department or Key personnel to become a part of your team. Our staff can also augment your staff during very busy times, to make those fast track projects go smoothly.
Space Planning: IOS can compile and analyze your space planning requirements. We will then design typical workstations and general office layouts which provide the optimum work arrangements. Our Designers are capable of preparing C.A.D. drawings of your buildings and working cooperatively with the facilities department to provide the required services.
Relocation: We offer turn key transition from dismantling, moving, and reinstalling your systems furniture from one location to another.
Asset (Inventory) Management: IOS can inventory your existing product to assess the condition, prepare it for refurbishing, resale, or integrate it into a new layout. We can also manage inventory as moves and changes occur in your layout.
Installation: It is our desire to provide your company with the best installation services available from delivery, staging, to installing your product. Our services are complete only after we have done a walk-through assuring your satisfaction.
Warehousing and Delivery: Our warehouse location at 1400 Coleman Avenue Suite H-14 in Santa Clara can receive small merchandise and arrange to store it or deliver to your site depending on your requirements. Our experienced staff can help you avoid installation delays and problems in the field due to their extensive product knowledge.
